Repair

"Do you do repairs?"

Absolutely! It's in our name after all. If your bicycle needs service, please bring it in for a free on the spot assessment. We will let you know what we think the bike needs to run safely, smoothly, and optimally. Our staff has many years of experience (over 150 cumulatively!) and we're always there to help. The most important thing to us is to have a good conversation with you about your needs, what your bike needs, and that you understand and are happy with the scope of work.

"Can I bring in my road/mountain/cyclocross bike?"

Definitely! In addition to many years of repair experience, our staff has a wide area of expertise. We can overhaul your mountain bike fork, build up a new wheelset for your race bike, bleed your hydraulic disc brakes, and install fenders and a rack on your commuter. All that is just the tip of the iceberg. Our staff happily provides a massive pool of resources to help you and your bike so stop on in and let's talk about what we can do for you.

"What if my bike needs parts replaced?"

We are a full service bicycle repair shop utilizing the finest replacement parts available. We carry a wide selection of both new and used replacement parts giving you lots of quality and cost options to best outfit your bike. And just in case we don't have exactly what you're looking for we work with several amazing distributers and can get parts in quickly (sometimes the same day!)

"How much for a tune-up?"

You might commonly hear us say that we do not have a standard “tune-up” rate. The reason for this, we take each bicycle case-by-case and do the repairs that are needed, because not every bike needs a blanket “tune-up”. We rely on customer referrals and reputation, so our emphasis is on service. We're not about to charge you for work your bike doesn't need. Think of it as an "a la carte" menu of service!

"Can you help with my warranty?"

Every warranty claim is different, and our excellent warranty department is here to help. Give us a call or stop by and we'll work with you to get you back on the road safely.
